Making Butter!

Hello All,

You'll need cream with a higher butterfat -- that's the big difference. Most American butter is 80% butterfat, and Plugra is slightly higer.
Is Plugra cultured butter or sweet cream?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
